The NFHL has released the first Power Rankings of the season to include all 55 teams. The NFHL Power Rankings are based on a points trending pattern of all teams for a six week period. The Power Ranking model calculates teams points over that time period and does a point comparison will all teams with emphasis on points accumulated since the last Power Ranking.
Teams with a Power Ranking score of 1.000 indicate they are scoring at an average rate with the Top 10 teams in the league during that time period. If the team rating is higher than 1.000 they are exceeding the rate of the 10th best team. Also, if an NFHL team Power Ranking is higher than their position in the overall standings that indicates an upwards trend, and conversely if the team is higher in the overall points standings but lower in the Power Rankings that indicates a downward trend.
