After four Norris Division Championships and placing second in the overall standings twice, the St. Albert Sewer Rats have won their first Avco World Trophy. Along with it they add their fifth Norris Division Championship. The team was offensively gifted with all 12 forwards positions having 63 points or more and solid goaltending throughout.
The Plenty Pilsners finished as runner up as well as won their third Smythe Division Championship their first in over a decade. The Manayunk Maulers finished third overall and won their first Adams Division Championship. The Smith Falls Rideaus won the Patrick Division on the last day of the season getting the one point they needed for their fourth title and third in the last four years.
